Charcoal therapy works by neutralizing acidified organs, releasing negative ions that promote health recovery, prevent skin allergies, and detoxify the body. The high temperature (70–80 °C) and low humidity create the perfect conditions for negative ions to disperse into the air. These ions stimulate serotonin—the “happiness hormone”—helping reduce stress, relax the mind, and improve sleep quality.

Charcoal sauna sessions not only relax the body and mind but also expand blood vessels, improve circulation, boost metabolism, and aid in detoxification. The heat environment provides antibacterial and deodorizing effects, while helping stabilize blood pressure and reduce strain on the heart and capillaries.
When heated, charcoal releases alkaline minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which help neutralize excess acidity in the body and strengthen the immune system. At high temperatures, the intense heat can inhibit and destroy harmful cells, supporting overall health and well-being.
